Background

Design studio Julia worked in close collaboration with Wallpaper’s design team to create Copan, an uppercase family whose geometric precision, fluid lines, and parallel strokes hinted at gestural strokes and flowed from thick to thin strokes. Two different versions were created due to its complexity: one has four strokes for larger body, and the other has three, for smaller sizes.
